SCOTT CREEK POTTERY – SC016 – BASIC HOLLOW DIE KIT FOR 5″ MODELS (7PC)

The Scott Creek Pottery Basic Hollow Die Kit for 5″ models offers the most commonly used shapes and sizes for hollow extrusions. Great for mugs, planters, lamp bases, vases, and other hollow extruded forms.

Our 7pc set of hollow dies are made for use with our 5″ Wall Mount extruder models. Die kit includes 3 basic hollow shapes: Hexagon, Square and Circle. Diameter of the shapes is approx 4″ and the wall thickness for each is 1/4″. Set includes SC012 – Inner Die Holder (SCP012).

Don’t have a slab roller in your studio? Try this trick! Use the round hollow die and extrude a cylinder of your desired length. Cut the extrusion off the clay and lay on your work surface. Slice down the side of the cylinder and lay flat to create a perfect slab.
