Q: I bought an item and it isn't what I wanted, can I return it?

A: We do not accept returns of equipment unless it is in resalable condition. Used equipment cannot be returned unless it suffers from manufacturing defect in which case we will provide a replacement. Items damaged by misuse do not qualify. All returns must be pre-approved. Q: My clay gun is jammed, the plunger is stuck all the way down

A: This is a common issue with the clay guns as it can be easy to keep pumping until the release tab at the back of the gun gets stuck and cannot be depressed with your hand strength alone. The solution is to give the release tab a little tap with a hammer to release that pressure. A good tip is to make a mark on the plunger shaft so you know where the "dead bottom" of your barrel lies so you don't overshoot it and jam the gun.

Q: My extruder didn't push out all of the clay, is it broken?

A: It's definitely not broken. There will always be a little residual clay left at the bottom of the barrel for both handheld and wall mount models of extruders. It just can't all get pushed out so cleaning is necessary after each extruding session or in between differing clay bodies.
